Punjab 1st Year Result 2026 Date: 22 October, Not 15 October
Published · Updated · All 9 Punjab boards
If you saw both “15 October” and “22 October” for the Punjab 1st year result, the answer is now settled: it was 22 October 2026. The “15 October” is a real date — but it was for the 2025 result, and that old notice was reshared as if it were new.
The Short Answer
The Punjab 1st year (HSSC Part-I) result 2026 was announced on 22 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. All nine Punjab boards — Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur and DG Khan — declared together on the same day, because the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) coordinates one shared result date.

Where the “15 October” Came From
The confusion was genuine, and it had a clear source. On 11 October 2025, PBCC approved 15 October as the date for the 2025 Punjab 1st year result. Several websites resurfaced that year-old article, and because the headline just says “15 October” without the year, it looked current. It was correct for 2025, not 2026.
This is exactly why result pages on this site use year-free URLs and update the date each year. A page that bakes “15 October 2025” into its address becomes a trap the next year. For 2026, the correct date was 22 October.
22 October Held: PBCC’s Schedule Was Met
The date came from PBCC’s official tentative schedule, announced on 9 July 2026, which set the Class 12 (Part-II) result for 23 September and the Class 11 (Part-I) result for 22 October 2026. Both results arrived exactly on schedule: the Class 11 result went live at 10:00 AM on Thursday, 22 October 2026.
Punjab Was Among the Last to Announce
Several boards outside Punjab declared the 1st year 2026 result earlier. The Federal Board (FBISE) declared on 9 September (65.31% pass), and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa boards declared in September — BISE Swat at 62.55%, with Peshawar and others reporting high “pass-plus-promotion” rates. Punjab’s nine boards were among the last, on 22 October. See the full picture on our KP result analysis.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Punjab 1st year result 2026 on 15 or 22 October?
It was 22 October 2026. All nine Punjab boards announced the result at 10:00 AM that day. The “15 October” date circulating online is from last year: the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) approved 15 October for the 2025 result, and that old notice was reshared.
Was 22 October the official date?
Yes. PBCC’s schedule, announced on 9 July 2026, set Class 12 for 23 September and Class 11 for 22 October 2026. Both results came exactly on schedule: the Punjab 1st year result was announced on Thursday, 22 October 2026, at 10:00 AM.
What time did the Punjab 1st year result come on 22 October?
At 10:00 AM. All nine Punjab boards — Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur and DG Khan — declared together at the same time.
Do all Punjab boards announce on the same day?
Yes. Under the PBCC system, the nine Punjab boards declare the 1st year result together on the same date and time. In 2026 that was 22 October at 10:00 AM for every Punjab board.
When was the Punjab 1st year result last year (2025)?
The 2025 Punjab 1st year result was announced on 15 October 2025. That is the source of the “15 October” confusion — it was correct for 2025, not 2026. Note the site keeps result pages on year-free URLs and updates the date each year for this reason.
Have other boards announced the 1st year 2026 result?
Yes. The Federal Board (FBISE) declared on 9 September (65.31% pass), and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa boards declared in September — for example BISE Swat at 62.55%. Punjab was among the last, on 22 October.
